Current Students:
Students can now download forms needed for  school at home!  The Brag Sheet and Release of Student Information are the forms needed for letters of recommendation (blue form) and transcript requests (purple form).

The course schedule helps students plan for their schedule for the next school year by showing when course should be taken and the courses needed for high school graduation.

The schedule change request form is used by students at the beginning of first and second semester to make any needed schedule changes with parent and teacher approval.

Graduated Students: 
The transcript release form for graduated students can be found at the bottom of this page (Transcript Release - Graduated Students). Transcript request forms can be mailed, faxed or dropped off to the high school office. Please allow extra time to process transcripts requested during the summer months.
