Students can now download forms needed for school at home! The Brag Sheet and Release of Student Information are the forms needed as you apply for college admissions. Please use the hyperlinks to access the documents Electronic Brag Sheet (blue form) and Transcript Release Form (purple form).

The course schedule helps students plan for their schedule for the next school year by showing when the course should be taken and the courses needed for high school graduation.

Graduated Students:

We are now using Parchment for transcript requests if you have graduated after 2000. Please use this link to get to our Parchment website.

If you graduated before 2000 please use this form to request your transcript. The completed form can be mailed, scanned or faxed back to the high school office.
