  • Mag 7 Routine 2016-2017

  • Right Shoulder (RS)

  • Strip the flag (turn left-hand upside-down so the thumb is towards the ground)-2 counts

  • Pushover left elbow- 4 counts

  • Lay Flat-2 counts

  • Parallel across waist to right- 2 counts

  • Around the world at waist-4 counts

  • Bring to right shoulder- 2 counts

  • Double bottom- 8 counts

  • RS- 4 counts

  • Mace- 4 counts

  • Double top- 8 counts

  • Drop Spins 4 counts

  • RS- 4 counts

  • Sweep- 8 counts

  • Figure 8 toss- 8 counts

  • RS- 4 counts

  • *Around and over left shoulder- 4 counts

  • *Around and over right shoulder - 4 counts

  • *Keep it going to flip over the right shoulder into your armpit - 8 counts

  • End with flag pointing down

I Get Around Routine 2016-2017

  • Figure 8 Toss 1st group- 8 counts (2nd group at RS)

  • Figure 8 Toss 2nd group- 8 counts (1st group at RS)

  • Parallel at waist- 2 counts

  • Bring flag across body and up to straight over your head- 4 counts

  • Drop to flat across shoulders- 2 counts

  • Push flag up and over to the left to make a large circle, ending parallel at waist- 4 counts (do a little “pop” with your knees as you push the flag out)

  • Stay parallel at the waist for 2 counts

  • Bring to RS-2 counts

  • Double bottom- 8 counts

  • Parallel at waist- 2 counts

  • Bring flag across body and up to straight over your head- 4 counts

  • Drop to flat across shoulders- 2 counts

  • Push flag up and over to the left to make a large circle, ending parallel at waist- 4 counts (do a little “pop” with your knees as you push the flag out)

  • Stay parallel at the waist for 2 counts

  • Sweep- 8 counts

  • Right Shoulder- 4 counts

  • Butterfly (behind butt and in front)- 4 counts

  • Flip flag into the elbow, make large circle and toss (called an elbow toss)- 8 counts

  • Ashley Flip- 8 counts make your turn to the left noticeable :)

  • Flip over right arm and tuck under to end- 4 counts
