All of us in the Westby Area School District are grateful for the support our communities have demonstrated for our students. Because this operating referendum has passed, programs for our students will be maintained. We will be making reductions to staffing even though this passed, but our students will still have access to the same level of programs that our communities have come to expect. We could not do this without your support.
We also realize that a number of people in our communities did not support this. As a district, we will continue to find ways to engage with ALL stakeholders. We value hearing from our community members, neighbors, parents, and students about how we can best serve our students as we prepare them for life after high school.
