"Hi everyone! My name is Taylor Stalsberg, and I am so excited to be joining Westby Elementary as a 2nd grade teacher this fall!
I was born & raised in Viroqua in a family of teachers, my sister, mom, and aunt all teach in the area. I graduated from Viroqua High School in 2022 and went on to attend Viterbo University, where I graduated in May 2026 with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Special Education.
During my time in college, I had the privilege of working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Cashton Elementary School, where I gained valuable experience working with students and staff. Some of you may also recognize me from Blush Roots Boutique here in Westby, where I worked throughout high school and college!
In my free time I love shopping, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family!
I’m looking forward to meeting my students and their families and making this a great year together! I am so excited to begin my teaching career close to home and become part of the Westby School District! Go Norse!
