In cooperation with Westby Police, Viroqua Police, Cashton Police, and Vernon County, and other departments, K-9 units swept the Middle/High School and parking lots this morning. This is why there was an increased presence of law enforcement in the vicinity of the Westby Area Schools this morning. This is part of an annual drug prevention initiative.
